I originally approached Shaun with the intention of gaining a little more knowledge about fitness and body toning. What I’ve received from him is a whole lot more! He is a fantastic trainer, very motivating, he oozes positivity and takes a great deal of care and pride in what he does. Instead of just diving right into training, he took time to understand my mind set and get a real insight to what my goals were. Also, personalising and putting together a nutrition plan, as well as a work out programme. I’m just finishing week 6 now (out of 12) and I could not be any happier with the results. I’m seeing changes physically and feeling loads better in myself. He pushes me to my limits and makes the sessions fun. He’s not only there in a session, he helps me out if I’m having a rough day too (missing chocolate). I honestly could not rate him any higher!
