My Story

I’ve been pursuing an interest in sport and fitness from an early age, participating in sports such as football, rugby and cricket during my youth. From this stemmed the want to take this further as a career and as such I undertook my fitness instructing and personal trainer courses. I’m constantly striving to learn new material and revolutions in the fitness world as it is always changing, being up to date with research is important. I’ve recently completed a sports strength and conditioning degree, giving me the knowledge to work with a range of personnel. I love helping someone hit their target no matter how big or small. But also assisting someone to move as a better person and being able to participate in something they didn’t believe they could is the upmost rewarding part.
